Chief Financial Officer

Highly qualified Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accountant with over 11 years of experience across a range of industries, including retail, investment, information technology, oil & gas, and construction.
Successfully completed Big Four audits and provided tax consultancy services to corporate clients.
Possesses strong expertise in IFRS, taxation, and accounting automation.

Finance professional with over 20 years’ experience in the capital markets and a genuine passion for the art of numbers.
Since 2008, she has worked as an independent business consultant specialising in investment and asset management within the capital markets.
She has been repeatedly engaged by major Kazakhstani companies to streamline business processes, develop financial planning systems, and deliver professional training programmes.

Over 15 years of experience in the securities market.
Has held positions with BTA Securities JSC, Unicorn IFC JSC, RESMI Investment & Finance House JSC, Kazkommerts Securities JSC, and First Heartland Securities JSC, serving as Legal Counsel, Corporate Secretary, Board Member for Legal Affairs, and Compliance Officer.

From 2024 to present – Deputy Director at Vitis Capital Ltd.
Assel Yessentayeva

Investment Manager

Has over 17 years of experience in the financial sector, having worked at major banks such as Bank CenterCredit JSC, Delta Bank JSC, and Tengri Bank JSC.
Before joining Vitis Capital Ltd., she worked in The Foreign Exchange Control Department at Citibank Kazakhstan JSC.

Amir Gaisin

Investment Analyst

Specialises in the analysis of equities in Kazakhstan, the United States and South Korea, with experience in Kazakhstani debt instruments, credit profile assessment and risk analysis.
Previously worked at Bank CenterCredit JSC advising on banking products and digital services.
Winner of a student competition in financial analysis and innovation, and author of research on the “Digital Tenge”.

Viktoria Dosmukhambetova

SMM Manager

Has five years of professional experience in social media management.
Has built and effectively leads her own team of assistants, enabling her to achieve consistently strong results.
Has also delivered two cohorts of her own original SMM course, sharing her knowledge and expertise with others.
